We welcome your vision and medical plans.  In fact, let us do the work for you!  When given your most up-to-date insurance information, we'll research your plan, obtain proper authorizations and have the benefits waiting for you when you arrive for your appointment**  See below for a list of common vision and medical insurance plans that we accept.  If you do not see your insurance provider on the following lists, please call our office for further information.

Discount Programs (not to be combined with other insurance)

Our office is proud to offer Medicare and Military patients a 20% discount on glasses or contact lenses.  As well, we extend an in-house discount of 10% on services and 20% on glasses or contacts to patients having insurance plans we are not in network with.  We are also happy to assist you with the necessary paperwork in order for you to file for out of network benefits on plans we are not providers for.
