We provide both medical and routine eye care, therefore we accept and file many medical and vision insurance plans. Please be sure to provide your most current insurance information when you schedule your appointment with us. This allows us to verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
Please bring both your vision and your medical insurance cards to your visit.
Make the most of your eye care benefits at University Eye Associates. Vision care plans generally cover routine vision exams along with eyeglasses and/or contact lenses. Vision plans only cover a basic screening for eye disease. They do not cover diagnosis, management or treatment of eye diseases.
Medical insurance will be filed if you have any eye health problem or systemic health problem that has ocular complications. Your doctor will determine if these conditions apply to you, but some are determined by your case history.
Below are just several of the most common plans we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider, we can discuss when you provide that information to us when scheduling your appointment.
We are unable to accept Davis Vision or Spectera.
We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 30th.
