Vision Insurance

Make the most of your eye care benefits at University Eye Associates.

Vision care plans generally cover routine vision exams along with eyeglasses and contact lenses. Vision plans only cover a basic screening for eye disease. They do not cover diagnosis, management or treatment of eye diseases.

Medical Insurance

Medical insurance must be filed if you have any eye health problem or systemic health problem that has ocular complications. Your doctor will determine if these conditions apply to you, but some are determined by your case history.

As we provide both medical and routine eye care, we accept a number of insurance plans to help cover the cost depending on your individual needs. If you do not see your insurance provider on the following lists, please call our office for further information.

As you provide your current insurance information, we will obtain the necessary benefit authorization for your appointment prior to your arrival. We will answer any questions to the best of our ability. Please remember all benefits are quoted by your insurance company and are not a guarantee of payment.
